摘要: A process is provided for removing impurities such as iron compounds from water, which comprises the steps of: (1) colloidalizing in water under conditions of high shear and decompression/compression to finely divide existing insoluble hydrates, by dissolution air sufficient amount oxidize form colloidally dispersed hydrates dissolved present, thereby providing substantially all micelles having a surface charge; (2) maintaining pressure within range about 10 500 psig; (3) then passing said through mass particulate material charge capable attracting, removing, collecting hydrates; (4) recovering containing less than starting preferably 0.3 PPM iron. The collected throughout are non-adherent can be easily removed backwashing filter.
