摘要: A new polysaccharide named GRP (Glehniae radix polysaccharide) was isolated and purified from Glehniae by hot water extraction, ethanol precipitation, anion-exchange gel-filtration chromatography. homogeneous, with a molecular weight of 1.33×104Da, as determined high-performance size-exclusion chromatography-refractive index detector analysis. Its structural characteristics were investigated elucidated methylation analysis, gas chromatography mass spectrometry, Fourier transform infrared nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Based on obtained data, found to be α‑d‑glucan containing (1→6)-linked (1→3)-linked backbone branch one terminal glucoses submitting at the C-4 position every fourteen residues. The biological activities upon proliferation splenic lymphocyte, RAW264.7 cells A549 cell, production nitric oxide (NO) in vitro. results showed that exhibited inhibition against NO cells, displayed promotion for mouse spleen lymphocytes which suggested may have potential immunoregulation, anti-inflammatory anti-tumor activity.
