摘要: An investigation was initiated to examine the effects of carbon soot collected from exhaust tube 15 years old petrol and diesel operated vehicles on gram seed germination biochemical changes seedling. In view widespread cultivation in India long-term impact black is warming atmosphere as per recommendation IPCC (2007). Black were separately treated with different doses these treatment had germination, seedling vigor, chlorophyll carotenoid content, root shoot growth, protein, sugar, phenol proline estimation studied. The T6 significantly affected (84%) well vigor content. But other promoted both along enhancement constituents. On hand micrograph study revealed that treatments T1 T4 showed negative stomata rather than ultra-structure xylem phloem.
