摘要: Although a miscibility gap in the FeTiO3 — Fe2O3 system has been known from optical examination for many years (for review see Ramdohr, 1969), fact that interface between precipitate and matrix is semicoherent, i.e. composed of an array misfit dislocations, was first reported by Christie et al. (1971). Cullen (1973) have since suggested Burgers vectors dislocations are type 1/3 dissociated into quarter partiais, consistent with model Kronberg (1957) corundum. In present paper, we describe further aspects precipitation this system, focus on morphology additional analysis dislocations. It emphasized our conclusions nature differ significantly those (1973).
