摘要: For ${\mathrm{Gd}}_{2}$${\mathrm{CuO}}_{4}$, a symmetry-forbidden phonon for the tetragonal T' structure is observed. This shows that oxygen in ${\mathrm{CuO}}_{2}$ plane locally distorted along plane. Such distortion has not been observed other T'-type superconductors.
