摘要: Abstract Ethnopharmacological relevance Zi-Yin-Tiao-Jing granule (ZG) is a traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation for perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. It made from 9 crude drugs based on modified prescription recorded in Fu Qingzhu Nvke as Guben Zhibeng Tang. Aim of the study This aimed to investigate hemostasis and contraction promoting effect quality controlled ZG extract animals preclinical study. Materials methods was by determining contents asperosaponin Ⅵ tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside (TSG) with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) total tannins, saponins flavonoids ultraviolet spectrophotometry (UV). Bleeding time, clotting prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin (APTT) fibrinogen (FIB) content were assayed test sixty healthy female Kunming mice. In addition, ten Sprague-Dawley rats used contractions vitro BL-420 Biological Function Experiment System. Results The contained 0.81 mg g−1 Ⅵ, 0.15 mg g−1 TSG, 1.98 mg g−1 1.83 mg g−1 saponins, 4.09 mg g−1 flavonoids. Compared placebo, shortened bleeding at dosage 1.2 g kg−1 2.4 g kg−1, 0.6 g kg−1, 2.4 g kg−1 mice (P 0.05). doses 1.8 mg mL−1, 3.6 mg mL−1, 5.4 mg mL−1 increased amplitude motoricity Conclusions controllable assaying could promote vivo, well vitro. Therefore, it may be promising clinical treatment
