摘要: The liposome immobilized on indium tin-oxide electrode was prepared as a “Membrane Chip” to evaluate the liposome-liposome interaction. Three kinds of neutral liposomes entrapping fluorescence probe, calcein, were utilized sensory liposome. Twenty four used construct membrane library based calcein release behavior. loading including unsaturated phospholipid into dialyzer induced variation surface state membrane. We analyzed above by comparison it with constructed Membrane Chip. after its dialysis treatment found show property domain-like structure prior interaction amyloid β protein. Also showed oxidized liposome-like property. In conclusion, we demonstrated library-based method model biomembranes unclear
