摘要: Three methods were evaluated for the determination of apparent ileal digestibility values amino acids in feedstuffs with a low protein (barley, 10.2% CP) and high content (canola meal, 38.2% CP). Five barrows, average initial BW 40 kg, fitted simple T-cannula at distal ileum fed five diets according to 5 x Latin square design. Diet 1 contained 42.7% canola meal providing sole source dietary acids. Diets 2, 3, 4 three graded levels barley (22.5, 45.0, 67.5%, respectively) (36.6, 30.5, 24.4%, respectively). 90.0% barley, which provided With exception diet 5, formulated contain 16% CP. Chromic oxide (.4%) was included as marker. The pigs twice daily, equal amounts, 0800 2000. allowance 1,800 g/d. Each experimental period comprised 8 d. Ileal digesta collected total 24 h during d 7 2-h intervals. Apparent determined direct method from difference 4, regression 1, 4. Digestibility There no differences (P .05) when these method, 36.6% diet, method. In conclusion, acid should be or rather than Amino can either
