摘要: A technique for inoculation of Brassica seedlings with single resting spores Plasmodiophora brassicae is described. Three isolates derived from were produced one population P. brassicae. They gave different reactions the European Clubroot Differential (ECD) series, and two those spore suspensions which they derived. When mixed together, isolate restricted infection by other isolate.
