摘要: Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) were determined to have significant interaction with poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT), which is helpful form continuous active film interpenetrating structure and improve the crystallinity of resultant for SWNTs/P3HT composite. Photovoltaic devices based on an relatively higher display much enhanced performance. The work function modulated by electron transferring from P3HT SWNTs proposed explain high open-circuit voltage (VOC) obtained photovoltaic system.
