摘要: Resume L'acne vulgaris est la dermatose plus frequemment diagnostiquee chez les patients entre 11 et 30 ans. On estime qu'il affecte environ 80% des personnes de ce groupe d'âge ou meme, en tenant compte lesions faible intensite, 100% jeunes. L'etiopathogenie l'acne multifactorielle. Chez tous souffrant d'acne, symptomes suivants se produisent: production excessive sebum, keratose canaux excreteurs ouvertures glandes sebacees, le developpement flore bacterienne liberation mediateurs l'inflammation peau. Le biologie moleculaire, genetique l'immunologie ont contribue a un progres significatif dans etudes sur pathogenese l'acne.
