摘要: In patients with colorectal cancer, involvement of the lymph nodes is one most important prognostic factors. The aim this study was to determine independent value node ratio (LNR), that relationship between involved and examined nodes, in cancer. Included were 113 adenocarcinoma. divided into three groups according proportion nodes: LNR-0, when there no involvement; LNR-1, up 20% LNR-2, 21% or more nodes. ratio, number removed, by cancer determined. 5-year survival evaluated using Kaplan-Meier test. There a significant difference overall different LNR (p=0.009). Patients LNR-0 group had greater than 80%, while those LNR-1 LNR-2 rates less 60% 40%, respectively. Multivariate analysis demonstrated an variable results showed can be considered
