摘要: Currently no reliable dynamic promotion strategies exist, neither for a significant increase of RES-E, nor an integration RES-E into GHG-emissions reduction. The core objective is to achieve continuous and in the share with minimal costs European citizen under various scenarios liberalised electricity markets. This will be reached by creating internet-based toolbox GREEN-X. It allows extraction minimum cost (e.g. Tics, Feed-in tariffs, Green Pricing, emissions trading, CO2-taxes). dynamics potentials CHP, conv. el. gen. demand-side activities are considered. main results be: (i) action plan EU as whole their Member States meet this objective, (ii) help stakeholders deriving efficient strategies.
