摘要: The European Union is widely regarded as premised on an imbalance between market-making and market-correcting provisions, potentially weakening national welfare systems the political legitimacy of project. However, a stronger role for EU in social policy faces considerable difficulties. Open Method Coordination (OMC) represents new governance approach to was adopted late 1990s. It seeks provide 'middle-way' solution dilemma which adopts coordinating member states' policies while states formally retain their authority policy.
