摘要: Abstract The proliferation of disconnected information systems accumulating increasing volumes heterogeneous data is a formidable challenge in the healthcare domain. It necessary to address this as entire domain gradually transitions into e-healthcare and patient-centered delivery models. lack integration at level prohibits clinicians from building comprehensive understanding patient condition further deprives patients developing holistic awareness their medical conditions. In paper, we propose an open platform for patient, clinical, historical siloed across multiple health systems. As platform, it can accommodate integrate sources such streams generated by wearable IoT devices. facilitates centralization assets. This empowers every stakeholder care setting actively participate decision-making. A range analytics reporting solutions, warehouse, interactive dashboards, predictive tools, be deployed upon platform. proposed currently being adapted implemented clinical decision support requirements sports injury clinic not-for-profit private hospital Melbourne, Australia. Use Case based demonstration platform’s suitability management, support, justify its role advancement e-healthcare.
