摘要: The paper explores the evolution of rehabilitative, rights and economic discourses, their effect on development juvenile justice policies in Israel during last two decades. has adopted main features a neo-liberal regime severe cuts were made to major social welfare programmes, including those dealing with offenders. However, ideas individualisation responsibilisation did not penetrate area delinquency. A renewed welfarist discourse was created instead. This strongly relied traditional beliefs rehabilitation treatment based child-centred culture, incorporating concepts embedded practical considerations.
