摘要: The American Urological Association has published guidelines for the surgical management of female stress urinary incontinence (1). According to these guidelines, objective demonstration should be documented prior initiating therapy. This can accomplished with physical examination (filling bladder and observing cough or Valsalva maneuver) urodynamic testing. chapter reviews various techniques used assess presence severity incontinence.
