摘要: Abstract This paper presents a new differential relaying scheme for mutually coupled, double circuit transmission line in presence of Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC) the line. The process starts at retrieving three phase current signals both ends synchronously and processing it though time–frequency transform such as Fast Discrete S-Transform to derive spectral energy content signals. (difference between signal sending receiving ends, respectively) respective phases is used register fault pattern. proposed approach includes detection classification along with identification section respect UPFC location one double-circuit extensive test results indicate that highly reliable registering patterns based including wide variations operating parameters power network.
