摘要: The prevalence of asthma has nearly doubled over the last decades. Twentieth century changes in environmental and lifestyle factors, including dietary habits, physical activity obesity epidemic, have been suggested to play a role increase uncontrolled worldwide. A large body evidence that is likely risk factor for asthma, but mechanisms are still unclear. Regarding diet activity, literature remains inconclusive. Although investigation nutritional factors as whole (i.e., "diet, composition" triad) highly relevant terms understanding underlying mechanisms, well designing effective public health interventions, their combined effects across life course not received lot attention. In this review, we discuss state art regarding each window exposure. We focus on methodological conceptual challenges encountered complex time-dependent interrelations between its control, interaction with other determinants asthma. Lastly, provide guidance how address these challenges, suggestions future research.
