摘要: Abstract Tapered optical fiber coated with pyrrole/poly(vinyl alcohol)-glucose oxidase (Py/PVA-GOx) for glucose biosensing was successfully fabricated by radiation immobilization of GOx onto polymeric surfaces. Polymerization pyrrole and PVA crosslinking carried out means gamma irradiation.
