摘要: Abstract Tapered optical fiber coated with pyrrole/poly(vinyl alcohol)-glucose oxidase (Py/PVA-GOx) for glucose biosensing was successfully fabricated by radiation immobilization of GOx onto polymeric surfaces. Polymerization pyrrole and PVA crosslinking carried out means gamma irradiation. The nature enzyme studied Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron scanning electron microscopy atomic force microscopy. observation an absorption band at 1650 cm−1 binding energy formed 287.5 eV confirm the occurrence on polymer matrix. An increase in film thickness is observed after irradiation, which confirms entrapment into Py/PVA peak to valley roughness irradiated Py/PVA-GOx reveals intermolecular interaction between polymers enzyme. These characteristics are linked enzymatic reaction towards concentration. kinetic property a very low value obtained Michaelis-Menten constant, contributes improved adhesion fiber. response sensitivity were recorded as
