摘要: Abstract There remains a great challenge in the sensitive and selective detection of microRNAs (miRNAs) cells. In this work, label-free enzyme-free assay for ultrasensitive miRNAs using polyethylenimine (PEI)/SiO 2 nanoparticles has been developed. The PEI/SiO nanoparticles, which serve as an indicator to discriminate availably between single-stranded DNA (ss-DNA) double helix structure (ds-DNA), are self-assembled on Nafion/carbon nanotubes (CNT) / Ru(bpy) 3 2 + modified electrode surface by supramolecular effect. What is more, polymer PEI composite remarkable enhancing effect electrochemiluminescence (ECL) signals immobilized advance Nafion/CNT electrostatic interaction. addition, enhancement ECL exactly good linear relationships with concentration Let-7a miRNAs. Finally, approach paves way simple convenient 116 Colon Cancer Cells very high sensitivity selectivity.
