摘要: The basolateral amygdala (BLA) can influence distinct learning and memory formation. Hippocampal long-term potentiation (LTP), the most prominent cellular model of formation, be modulated by stimulation BLA in its induction early maintenance. However, it is not known how late maintenance LTP beyond initial phases might affected. Behavioral stimuli have been shown to result a reinforcement transient early-LTP into lasting potentiation. Here we show that mimics behavioral effects on freely moving rats when activated within time window 30 min before or after tetanization perforant path. was blocked inhibitors muscarinergic β-adrenergic but dopaminergic receptors dependent translation. Through these heterosynaptic associative interactions, hippocampal sensory information stabilized amygdaloidal influences.
