摘要: The Hippo pathway is a potent regulator of cellular proliferation, differentiation, and tissue homeostasis. Here we review the regulatory mechanisms discuss function Yes-associated protein (YAP)/transcriptional coactivator with PDZ-binding domain (TAZ), prime mediators pathway, in stem cell biology regeneration. We highlight their activities both nucleus cytoplasm role as signaling nexus integrator several other prominent pathways such Wnt, G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR), epidermal growth factor (EGF), bone morphogenetic (BMP)/transforming beta (TGFβ), Notch pathways.
