摘要: Escherichia coli O157:H7 and Listeria monocytogenes were able to grow for a period of 2 days in fresh chicken manure at 20°C with resulting 1–2 log units increase CFU; Salmonella typhimurium remained stable. Prolongation the storage time 6 resulted decrease S. compared initial count 3–4 E. O157:H7; number L. did not below initial. These changes accompanied by an pH accumulation ammonia manure. The destruction three microorganisms was greatly increased drying moisture content 10% followed exposure gas amount 1% wet weight; reduced 8 units, 4.
