摘要: Abstract Following an integrative model that shows the complex connections of recruitment, retention, and placement, this second paper in a three-part series explores exigent endeavor retaining students who undertake geography as their undergraduate major. Survey data graduating are requisite constructing successful retention plans. Although thoughtful advising mentoring critical, teaching excellence is key to students. To reinforce environment supportive “Geography Family,” departments should regularly celebrate public events students' excellent work.
