摘要: Ewing's sarcoma of the bone is a malignant tumor occurring mostly in adolescence and was considered to have poor prognosis. With recent advances multi-agent combined chemotherapy, prognosis has improved, more patients with primary lesions pelvis opt for limb-saving surgeries. In present case, left diagnosed at age 11 patient underwent chemotherapy limb-sparing hemipelvectomy. She became pregnant 22. After an uneventful pregnancy, she delivered healthy child 37 weeks gestation by cesarean section because pelvic distortion. This first reported case pregnancy delivery after hemipelvectomy due sarcoma. Since multi-modality treatment improves survival, number women who desire expected increase future. valuable that will provide useful information such patients.
