摘要: The effect of external electric fields has been measured in hyperfine-resolved sub-Doppler transitions the A {sup 2}{Pi}-X 2}{Sigma} (1,0) band CN radical near 10900 cm{sup -1}. Static less than 1 kV/cm are sufficient to mix most closely spaced {Lambda}-dpublets state, leading Stark spectra with both new and shifted resonances. Simulations saturation-dip spectral line profiles allow extraction A-state permanent dipole moment a magnitude 0.06 {+-} 0.02 D.
