In situ synthesis of cobalt doped polyaniline modified graphene composites for high performance supercapacitor electrode materials

摘要: Abstract A new supercapacitor electrode material was prepared by the in situ oxidative polymerization of aniline presence graphene and transition metal. The structural property composites has been determined Raman spectroscopy. formation confirmed field emission scanning electron microscopy high resolution transmission microscopy. electrochemical performance materials illustrated cyclic voltammetry, impedance spectroscopy charge–discharge. uniform structure together with observed conductivities afforded specific capacitance good cycling stability during charge–discharge process when used as electrodes. greater achieved case cobalt doped PANI on (Gr/Co/PANI) comparison HCl composites. Gr/Co/PANI showed highest 989 F/g at a scan rate 2 mV/s. energy density could reach 352 W h/kg power 1.581 kW/kg.
