In this paper, we present a comprehensive study of occurrence L-band scintillation in association with the appearance sporadic E (Es) along magnetic dip equator during daytime 2013. The presence was determined from signals collected GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite Systems) ground-based Scintillation Network Decision Aid receivers five stations situated at equator. detection and analysis Es layers were obtained FORMOSAT-3/Constellation Observing System for Meteorology, Ionosphere, Climate (F3/C) radio occultation (RO) data. Combining data limb-viewing geometry space provides unique opportunity to retrieve complementary information about equatorial region irregularities (i.e., Es) daytime. Results first time show that does occur is associated observed using F3/C RO
