摘要: Localized defects of the alveolar crest are deformities that impair prosthetic restoration damaged ridge area, causing esthetic, phonetic, and oral hygiene complications. Among alternatives have been proposed to restore area dentition normal form, function, esthetics, procedures involve augmentation with soft tissues widely accepted. The present clinical report describes a novel surgical procedure treat these deformities.
