摘要: This article uses a case-study approach to investigate the challenges of protected area (PA) management for Huascaran National Park in Peruvian Andes. Interviews narratives from community members stakeholders associated with delimitation were used study. Analysis revealed that boundaries, legal definition park, land use restrictions contribute diminished support surrounding communities. Community national institutions negotiate spatial boundary conservation while engaging invoke environmental constraints acts resistance.
