摘要: Process failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is used in the high-tech industry to assure process robustness. Traditionally, FMEA uses risk priority number (RPN) evaluate of failure. However, RPN method has several main shortcomings. In order improve evaluation, this paper proposes an innovative approach, integrating 2-tuple linguistic ordered weighted geometric averaging (LOWGA) operator FMEA. The purpose study effectively resolve shortcomings evaluation product numerical verification, color super-twisted nematic (CSTN) presented further illustrate proposed approach. After comparing result that was obtained from with both traditional LOWGA method, it found approach provided a more accurate reasonable ranking Moreover, does not lose useful information by experts.
