摘要: While biophysical stimuli from polymeric matrices are known to significantly affect the fates of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs), stimulatory effects nano-sized silicon-based on hMSCs have not been thoroughly investigated. We previously demonstrated that vertically aligned, single-crystalline silicon nanowires (SiNWs) can control osteogenicity via controllable spring constants SiNWs matrix. However, other possible differentiation explored. hypothesize tunable constant artificial direct different types hMSC differentiations. The SiNW be consistently controlled by tuning length. results gene expression and cell stiffness suggest differentiations sensitive our distinguishable groups, simultaneously conduct adipogenicity. These findings regulate when characteristics carefully tuned.
