摘要: Wild poinsettia germination was at least 95% when exposed to solution pH of 2.5 10 or osmotic potential up -0.8 M(Pa. No observed 12 -1.5 MPa. Light not required for germination. Seed germinated temperatures ranging from 20 40 C with maximum 97 % 35 C. had the highest emergence (80%) seed placed 2 4 cm below soil surface, while 20% planted 14 emerged. germi- nated over a wide range conditions, which explains why it is becoming an increasingly serious problem.
