摘要: This paper presents the design of a nonlinear wireless power transfer receiver. In proposed receiver, switch is introduced to control quality factor impedance at receiving interface. The effective can then be adjusted by jointly varying switching timing and DC loading deliver required while improving conversion efficiency same time. Designed with 0.25-μm HV CMOS process an operating frequency 6.78 MHz, simulation results show that output more than 2.8 W obtained coupling coefficient from 0.05 0.26 maximum 5.64 W, 80.2%.
