摘要: Rapid Prototyping (RP) technologies provide the ability to fabricate initial prototypes from various model materials. Stratasys Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is a typical RP process that can out of ABS plastic. To predict mechanical behavior FDM parts, it critical understand material properties raw material, and effect build parameters have on anisotropic properties. This paper characterizes parts fabricated by 1650. Using Design Experiment (DOE) approach, FDM, such as raster orientation, air gap, bead width, color, temperature were examined. Tensile strengths compressive directionally specimens measured compared with injection molded P400 material. For made 0.003 inch overlap between roads, tensile strength ranged 65 72 percent P400. The 80 90 ABS. Several rules for designing formulated based experimental results.
