摘要: We study the superconducting properties of a doped one-layer graphene by using model in which interparticle attraction is caused boson (phonon-like) excitations. dependence gap Δ and mean-field critical temperature TcMF on carrier density, strength, characteristic (Debye) bosonic frequency.
