摘要: Abstract The paper studies the possibility of using mobile apps for quality control urban environment, road networks and transport servicing population. We analyze Russian foreign technical solutions specify set functional user features developed application. Based on an online survey in Google Forms, we determine demand application along with preferable functions. iOS is selected as operational system to run app. To develop app based platform, Clean Swift architecture chosen. Marker criteria are evaluate environment networks. Scrum model chosen a life cycle model. tested X-Code Swift. data analysis module written Python_3. TestFlight environment. Guidelines further development tools within intelligent systems Smart City identified.
