摘要: We assessed the impact on world forest sector of reducing risk exotic pest spread by curtailing roundwood trade. The analysis compared predictions from 2006 to 2015, with and without a gradual ban exports between 2010. With trade, consumer expenditures for wood products producer revenues would rise 2.2 percent 1.9 respectively. World value added remain unchanged. However, decrease main log exporters (16 Russian Federation, 10 New Zealand). Value most importers (13 in Japan, 7 Korea, 4 China). Although global cost banning trade seems modest catastrophic invasions, its varying effects countries must be taken into account forging equitable policies. SUMMARY
