摘要: In this dissertation we propose an objective method for updating traditional urban planning methodologies based on input from citizens regarding their current and future requirements. Specifically, our methodology is citizen web – surveys time use allocation opinions concerning how to cover needs, the of data mining tools process collected data. The Smart Urban Planning Method allows obtain new values land design using innovative conversion rule which transforms daily distribution into quantities use. We test by experimenting with a case study specific subsystem public facilities services, Girona Province as pilot area. Our novel obtains new, objective, more accurate services citizens’ satisfaction thresholds.
