摘要: Nitric oxide (NO) is an important bio-regulatory molecule in the nervous, immune and cardiovascular systems. NO synthesized from one of guanidino nitrogens L-arginine by enzyme nitric synthase (NOS). To date, several isoforms NOS have been purified cloned. These proteins represent a novel family mammalian enzymes that contain both heme cytochrome P450 reductase domains.
