摘要: WEHI 231 is a murine B cell lymphoma, which from our previous studies highly susceptible to lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced differentiation signal. In this paper we show that anti-immunoglobulin (Ig) antibody at low concentrations (0.1 micrograms/ml) inhibits proliferation and results in death. Heterologous sera specific for mu- kappa-chains, monoclonal (E4) developed laboratory mu-chain, profoundly suppressed the growth of both soft agar culture liquid culture. The F(ab')2 fragments were as potent intact Ig, indicating neither Fc receptor binding nor complement activation required inhibition growth. Neither heterologous antibodies bound but not Ig receptor, non-Ig surface structures (a brain-associated antigen) inhibited 231. LPS did prevent by anti-Ig antibody, even when addition preceded anti-Ig, profound occurred. thus promises be convenient tool investigating mechanism signal transmission receptor.
