摘要: The formation of amide bonds is one the most stimulating emerging areas in organic and medicinal chemistry. Amides are recognized as central building blocks a plethora interesting pharmaceuticals, proteins, peptides, polymers, natural products, functional materials, biologically relevant carbocyclic or heterocyclic molecules, they also found variety industrial fields. Therefore, review recent developments challenges from carbonyl compounds particularly important. Herein, we have scrutinized range metal-catalyzed metal-free approaches for synthesis amides aldehydes, ketones, oximes. In addition, this Minireview highlights mechanistic studies, well potential applications these methods candidate drug molecules. We hope that data compiled herein will encourage further progress notable area chemistry research.
