摘要: MULINO is an EU RTD project, funded under the FP5-EESD programme. It aims at providing a Decision Support System (DSS) targeted solving decision problems in management of water resources. Through integration socio-economic and environmental modelling techniques with geographic information system (GIS) capabilities multi-criteria aids, MULINO-DSS aspires to be operational tool which meets needs European authorities facilitates implementation Water Framework Directive. The application-driven approach developing combines scientific background consortium members local knowledge support needs, expressed by five user groups. diversity cultural, characteristics case studies requires that capable common different cases but also flexible enough adapt specific objectives constraints given problem. DPSIR framework (Driving forces – Pressure State Impact response) has been chosen as overall conceptual DSS. A demonstration first prototype presented through application example Vela catchment belongs Venice Lagoon Watershed (north-east Italy). act refers choice among alternative actions (public works) for improvement Vela’s quality.
