摘要: Consequential LCA (CLCA) is becoming widely used in the scientific community as a modelling technique which describes consequences of decision. However, despite increasing number case studies published, proper systematization approach has not yet been achieved. This paper investigates methodological implications CLCA and extent to applications are line with theoretical dictates. Moreover, predictive explorative nature discussed, highlighting role scenario further structuring methodology. An extensive literature review was performed, involving around 60 articles published over period approximately 18 years, addressing both issues applications. The information elaborated according two main aspects: what for (questions modes LCA) (methodological CLCA), focus on identification affected processes. analysis points out that since principles attributional (ALCA) same, distinguishes choice processes be included system (i.e. CLCA, those by market dynamics). often done inconsistently, using different arguments, leads results. We suggest use way support providing scientifically sound basis model specific product-related futures respect technology development, shift, other variables. sophisticated provides assess environmental an action/decision including mechanisms into analysis. There still room improvements method research, especially relation following clarifying when important necessary; understanding within CLCA; developing procedure framing questions better link models. we logic could reading guide overcoming dispute between ALCA CLCA. Going further, this also extended, considering approach—rather than principle defined rules—to deepen LCA, conceptual more just ones.
