摘要: Practical utilization of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in nanoscale devices requires their directed placement on a substrate. Controlled has been achieved by combination the highly selective adsorption single walled CNTs (SWNTs) onto open regions amino-functionalized SiO2 polymeric resist, followed liftoff. Careful selection surfactant used to suspend SWNTs as well other processing parameters allow controlled high yield. This technique may provide path for large-scale fabrication CNT-based and circuits.
