摘要: Pityriasis rubra pilaris (PRP) is a rare idiopathic dermatosis which may be associated with autoimmune diseases, HIV infection, and internal malignancies. Its association renal diseases is, however, much less recognized. We report case of PRP membranous nephropathy (MN), resolved spontaneously resolution the dermatosis. This only second reported between MN we are aware. Further reports such an will strengthen evidence for two conditions being linked thereby shed light on pathogenesis both MN.
