摘要: Maintaining the quality of peer-review in face an ever-increasing quantity article submissions [1] represents a major challenge for authors, reviewers, and editors. It is increasingly difficult time-constrained editors reviewers to maintain consistent published papers without increasing turnover periods review process. At same time, limited publication capacity journals necessitates increased rejection rates, which turn leads being criticized, despite their best efforts intentions, subjective, nontransparent, or even biased evaluation manuscripts [2].
