摘要: This paper presents the development and implementation of system that serves as a tool for study and exploration of Human Immunodefciency Virus (HIV) from computational analysis these mutations, taking genetic information itself. The analysis is performed using the contained in HIV sequence comparing it to reference sequences. Descriptions algorithms for alignment, mutation identifcation resistance applied virus are presented.
