摘要: Hybridization of Energy Storages (ESs) with different characteristics is an effective and economic solution to enhance system performance. Hybrid Storage System (HESS) in centralized coordination normally implemented. To maintain operation case communication failure, a novel algorithm proposed for HESS distributed control this paper.
